Job Summary
The RN Clinical Supervisor provides patient-centered, specialized, and evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an inter-professional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy.
Monitors compliance with standards of care by observation, verbal reports, audits, and written documentation, with feedback loops to department leaders, providers, and team members.
Provides input and supports the department leaders in interviewing and hiring, appraisal performance, mentoring, motivating, coaching, and retention of team members.
