Job Summary

  • The Solution Architect is a customer-facing, pre-sales individual responsible for helping prospects and clients understand how MRI’s PMX Commercial and Residential Management solutions address their operational and business challenges.
  • Key Responsibilities include acting as the in-region technical and solution lead supporting Sales, conducting solution demonstrations, leading client discovery sessions, and owning the technical and solution aspects of RFP / ITT responses.
