Job Summary
This role directly contributes to GM's vision of Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion by developing next-generation Super Cruise features.
The successful candidate will utilize systems level thinking to conduct functional safety work aligned with ISO26262 standards.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model reporting to Warren, MI or Milford, MI at least three times per week.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
3+ years industry experience in systems safety
Knowledge of ISO26262 functional safety process
Experience with FIA and safety requirement development
Ability to work in hybrid environment 3 days weekly
Nice-to-have
Hands-on HARA and Safety Case closure experience
Working knowledge of ADAS architectures
Experience with DNG/DOORS or Medini tools
Strong project management and communication skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
3+ years post-graduation industry engineering experience
Basic knowledge of ISO26262
