Job Summary

  • This role is an integral part of our commercial, customer-facing organization, with the primary focus on supporting customers by installing instruments, training clinic staff on their use and maintenance, and working closely with clinic teams and leadership to continuously expand their diagnostic capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
  • Identifies opportunities to inspire customer satisfaction and loyalty, promotes IDEXX products and services through education, and drives customer growth through utilization of new and existing modalities.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles
