Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultations to assess patient health conditions. Develop and administer personalized treatment plans, including acupuncture, tuina, cupping, and other indicated TCM modalities. Prescribe herbal medications with precision and provide clear, detailed instructions on their administration and potential effects. Address patient inquiries regarding their prescribed medications, treatment progress, and general TCM-related questions with empathy and expertise. Embrace continuous learning and proactively recommend innovative, technology-enabled therapies to optimize patient health and well-being. Perform Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) to support patients in enhancing their overall health and promoting wellness. Lead, mentor and supervise junior physicians and interns, fostering their professional development and monitoring their progress. Lead internal training sessions, sharing knowledge and expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement of the clinical team. Represent the Company by attending and actively participating in corporate webinars and seminars. Undertake any medical-related duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer to support the clinic's objectives. Job Requirements Registered Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board of Singapore (TCMPB) . Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or any related disciplines with recognized post graduate qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese - to provide and advise appropriate medical treatment to our English and Chinese speaking clients.
