Job Summary
Supervise and manage daily activities of the department, ensuring team members are properly trained and have the necessary tools and equipment.
Work with Design and Construction team, engineers, and/or outside architects regarding renovations and other such projects, and supervise the maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior of buildings.
Prepare weekly staff schedules, monitor budget and control expenses, and develop and maintain all staff training programs for team members.
