Must-have
2+ years program finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Strong Excel modeling skills
Deltek Cobra proficiency
Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge
U.S. citizenship required
Nice-to-have
DoD or aerospace industry background
Experience with CPFF or CPIF contracts
Oracle Fusion or EPM tool exposure
FAR/DFARS contracting familiarity
Proposal support and should-cost analysis
Fast-paced ambiguous environment adaptability
