RSM is seeking a Financial Consulting Manager for their Accounting and Finance Consulting practice, focused on public company transactions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public accounting, specifically with IPOs and public company M&A, and demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills

Job Summary

  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements within the Accounting and Finance Consulting (AFC) practice to provide technical accounting and financial or business advisory guidance to clients.
  • Demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of complex accounting concepts and provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop others within the AFC practice through mentoring, training and advising on career development or participating in other Firm initiatives.
