Job Summary

  • Oversee daily accounting operations while supervising one bookkeeper and partnering directly with the Director of Operations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, producing full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting broken out by office, attorney, and team profitability.
  • Implement stronger internal financial controls, standardize financial processes across multiple locations, and streamline workflows such as credit card syncing and expense tracking.
