The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining detailed medical charts, managing care plans, and ensuring all personnel comply with facility policies and safety standards.
The role requires active participation in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and staff development including in-service training on infection control and safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Current unencumbered LPN/LVN license
