The Human Resources Director provides overall strategic and operational human resources leadership for multiple Nexstar work locations supporting approximately 1,800 union and non-union employees.
This role requires driving key initiatives across performance management, organizational development, succession planning, and policy design while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
The successful candidate will partner with Labor & Employment Counsel to resolve complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
