Key Requirements
5+ years of direct experience obtaining USDA-APHIS permits
Bachelor's or advanced degree in biology, microbiology, entomology, regulatory affairs, or related field
10+ years of proven experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, or government affairs related to biologicals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with regulatory agencies
Experience with compliance systems and data management tools
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead global initiatives
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
