As a Senior PX Generalist, you will partner closely with site leaders to support business objectives and provide strategic guidance across people, culture, and organizational priorities.
Responsibilities include supporting the full employee lifecycle, including talent support, employee relations, compliance, workforce strategy, engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
This role requires leveraging data insights to recommend learning, development, and workforce effectiveness initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
