Key Requirements
7-10 years practical experience
Experience leading numerous projects simultaneously
Ability to develop business relationships
Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
Ability to lead individuals nationally
Experience with Landlords, developers, and institutional owners
Knowledge of design development and construction documents
Ability to manage ground-up, re-development, and interiors projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read commercial leases
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Skill and interest in business development
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project software
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
