Job Summary

• This role requires outstanding leadership and deep experience in global pipeline, portfolio and product strategy, as well as brand development and launch preparedness.
• The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and offered a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, and vacation.
• Employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will work a hybrid model with three days on-site per week and Fridays remote, unless business critical tasks require otherwise.
