Key Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years ABA or similar human services experience
  • One year working with I/DD or behavioral challenges
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within six months
  • Valid Driver’s license with no more than 5 points
  • New Jersey State drug test screening
  • Three years experience for standalone services
  • Active RBT or higher BACB certification for standalone
  • Ability to travel regularly across assigned regions
