This senior staff role partners closely with the Capability Global Lead (CGL) and cross-functional stakeholders to enable process harmonization, manage risks, and deliver value across relevant projects.
The role is designed as a developmental step toward Business Manager / Business Readiness Lead, offering hands-on experience in readiness leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program management.
