Job Summary

  • The Alerts and Warnings Coordinator will be responsible for managing, planning, coordinating, and implementing the North Carolina public alert and warning program.
  • This position will integrate FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) and the Emergency Alert System (EAS) to ensures efficient and equitable access to alerts for all populations.
