The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture is seeking a Program Associate to assist with field and research activities, data management, and educational support related to agronomy and soil science. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and have experience in agronomic research, data analysis, and working with agricultural producers
Job Summary
Assist with the design, establishment, and management of station-based and on-farm research trials, collecting and processing soil and plant data.
Support the development of Extension materials and assist with the organization and coordination of field days, workshops, and hands-on trainings.
Assist with procurement, supply tracking, basic administrative documentation, and help coordinate timelines, logistics, and communication across projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, or related field plus three (3) years of relevant experience OR a related Master’s degree
Experience conducting field-based agronomic research
Experience collecting and processing soil and plant samples
