Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business
  • Greater than 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering
  • Engineering or technical background
  • Project/Program Management experience
  • Good negotiating skills

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
