Enterprise sales experience B2B technology
Selling into large Korean enterprises
Full-cycle sales
Platform or mission-critical solutions
Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives
Maintain accurate pipeline data
Nice-to-have

Empathy and shared enthusiasm
Familiarity with HCM, HR tech, ERP, or finance solutions
Experience leading sales cycles with AI strategy
Key Requirements
7+ years enterprise sales experience
Experience selling into large Korean enterprises
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong hunting skills
Proven ability to access and influence CIO / oCIO stakeholders
