Key Requirements

  • Transport Canada approved Aviation Technician Diploma or Canadian Forces AVN/AVS Qualification
  • Possession of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License with M1, M2, or E rating
  • At least 2 years of aircraft maintenance instructional experience
  • At least 5 years of first- and second-line aircraft maintenance experience
  • Eligibility for Controlled Goods Clearance and NATO secret security clearance
  • Valid driver's license and physical ability for live/synthetic settings
