  • 5+ years people management experience
  • Expertise in transaction monitoring and KYC
  • Knowledge of blockchain tracing methodologies
  • Familiarity with FATF, FinCEN, EU AMLD frameworks

  • Experience in cryptocurrency risk assessment
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and collaboration
