  • The Program Manager, Quality & Training will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Safety Operations’ quality and learning programs, building scalable systems to improve moderator performance and elevate decision-making accuracy.
  • This role manages two Safety Trainers and oversees the full lifecycle of training and quality initiatives, directly influencing operational excellence, content integrity, and product trust.
