  • Manage market positioning studies (feasibilities) for all potential land transactions and analyze market demographics to identify consumer group preferences and trends.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing to meet department needs, utilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent, and provides continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards.
