Job Summary

  • This role is focused on driving net-new growth across mid-market organizations, partnering with engineering and DevOps leaders who are modernizing their CI/CD practices.
  • You’ll own the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting through close, helping teams understand how Octopus can simplify complex deployments and scale with confidence.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience
  • 3+ years of software sales experience
  • Experience managing 6-20 accounts
  • Track record of quota attainment
  • Strong business development background
  • Formal sales training (Challenger Sale, MEDDPICC, Value Framework)
  • Familiar with Software development life cycle
  • Sold to developers, QA engineers, SREs, and C-Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ
