The Associate Director, ServiceNow Platform Engineering will be responsible for the Release Engineering, Operations, Testing services to be provided to ServiceNow Product Managers and their Stakeholders.
Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the health and performance of the platform and data, providing regular updates to leadership.
