Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides while ensuring compliance with state practice acts.
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, document patient progress thoroughly, and facilitate discharge planning including caregiver training and equipment recommendations.

Key Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in state
