The Director of the Master of Social Work (MSW) Program is expected to develop a new program in social work at the master’s level, including creating materials for accreditation through the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
Responsibilities include initiating and leading the CSWE accreditation process, developing and teaching graduate courses, advising and mentoring students, and participating in service to the department, college, and university.
