Employees must maintain orderly and clean resident rooms, common areas, and equipment while ensuring resident safety and reporting any changes in condition immediately.
Staff are required to follow strict safety protocols regarding bloodborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and infection control while providing respectful care.
