Job Summary

  • The Manager, U.S. Commercial Associate Rotational Program Lead is responsible for co-designing, managing the day-to-day operations, coaching, and developing early-career talent in the US Commercial business.
  • This role owns the end‑to‑end operational execution of the rotational program, including program architecture, intern-to-full‑time conversion strategy, onboarding, rotation and workforce planning, career progression, performance measurement, and program governance.
  • As a trusted partner to senior Commercial leaders, People Experience (PX), and Early Talent Recruiting, this role ensures alignment between talent strategy and evolving business needs, while strengthening Pfizer’s external brand as the employer of choice for early‑career marketing talent.

Base: $99,200.00 - $165,400.00; Bonus/Equity: 12.5% bonus target; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including 401(k), paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
  • Experience designing and leading early career programs
  • Experience in early talent recruiting or pipeline development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Proven project management and execution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
