The Mechanical Cost Estimator is responsible for analyzing engineering documentation—including technical drawings, CAD files, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)—to develop accurate part cost estimates.
Key responsibilities include performing process-based and part cost estimations using company authorized costing tool, currently we are using aPriori, and conducting Should-Cost analyses utilizing the Mi6 costing tool.
