Salary
Base: $188,000 - $282,000 CAD (Vancouver); Base: $128,000 - $192,000 CAD (Other CAN locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years applied machine learning experience
2+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow experience
3+ years hosting ML models in production
2+ years working with Large Language Models
3+ years cloud computing platform experience
Nice-to-have
Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
Deep understanding of statistical analysis algorithms
Ability to solve ambiguous open-ended problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of autonomous agent orchestration frameworks
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or equivalent
Master's or PhD preferred
Proven track record of leading ML Engineering teams
