Job Summary

  • The People Operations team delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle.
  • The Talent Acquisition Enablement team provides operational support to the US, Mexico & Canadian firms across disciplines including resume review, interview scheduling, offer letters and new joiner onboarding.
  • This role works directly with Business Recruiters to understand their scheduling needs and support them through the interview stage of the recruiting process, ensuring a streamlined, efficient, and overall positive interview experience for both candidates and interviewers.
