Must-have
2+ years data center rack installation experience
Hands-on CDU operations and thermal management
Ability to lift 80 lbs and work at heights
Knowledge of EPMS/BMS systems and CMMS platforms
Strict adherence to SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
Nice-to-have
Experience with water chemistry analysis and leak detection
Familiarity with loop pressure testing and vacuum degassing
Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies
Certification in mechanical systems or fluid handling
Predictive analysis and performance baselining techniques
Key Requirements
2+ years experience in data center rack installation or facility maintenance
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work from heights up to 15 feet
