Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for supporting safety needs, conducting daily walkthroughs, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
  • The Safety Coach will lead incident investigations, assist in risk assessments, and provide training to educate teammates on safety protocols.
  • The role requires working rotating 12-hour shifts with a schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, alternating between day and night shifts.
