• Ensure a warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with warehouse associates, best-in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations.
• Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate remains injury free, always, and oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.

• Minimum three years warehouse distribution experience
• Minimum one year workforce oversight experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred
• HACCP certification a plus
• PCQI certification a plus
