The Bartender is responsible for interacting with customers, setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area, stocking bar, mixing and serving alcoholic beverages.
Ensures compliance with applicable state alcohol laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
