Act as the 2IC for the Personal Finance team, providing leadership support while maintaining strong ownership of lending activities.
Own and continuously improve lending policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current, compliant and well documented.
Coach, support and uplift team capability through 1:1s, call reviews and quality assessments.
