The role serves as a trusted advisor to Global Sales Teams for deal structuring and expediting deal execution.
Candidates must collaborate with multiple teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to manage risk and maximize ACV.
This position requires working flexible hours on a rotating schedule to support EMEA and APAC Sales teams while maintaining a same-day response commitment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years Deal Desk or Sales Support experience
Direct, Channel, Government, Services, International Sales knowledge
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Netsuite, or similar CRM/ERP systems
Understanding of billing, revenue recognition, and contract management
Ability to work rotating US East hours (6pm - 3 am)
Nice-to-have
Consulting on common deal patterns
Experience supporting Resellers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to affect organizational change
Track record of process improvement projects
Key Requirements
5+ years relevant experience in SaaS company
Working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, and Netsuite
Availability for US East time zone coverage (6pm - 3 am)
