Job Summary

  • The Paralegal drafts corporate documents, interacts with clients, prepares and compiles documentation necessary to form domestic and international entities (corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships), maintains minute books, bylaws, articles of incorporation, resolutions, amendments and related corporate documents, verifies filings with the Secretary of State and other governmental agencies, assists with legalization and authentication of documents and the apostille process.
  • This position is located in our New York office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Key Requirements

  • 6 years of Paralegal experience
