Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of work-related experience
  • Associate's degree with 5 years of related work experience
  • 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Ability to work first, second, or third shift on an as-needed basis
  • 2+ years of experience using continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Detailed working knowledge of Excel
  • Potentially up to 10% domestic and/or international travel required
