Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administrative information.
  • Essential duties include maintaining resident records, transcribing physician orders, managing resident admissions/transfers/discharges, and communicating with residents, families, and inter-departmental personnel.
  • The role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to apply basic medical terminology and nursing practices.
