Job Summary

  • Lead the strategic security workstream including end-to-end planning, resource allocation, and delivery governance for an Oracle HCM SaaS implementation.
  • Define and govern authorization principles, role-based access control structures, and data security policies aligned with organizational risk appetite and compliance standards.
  • Manage user access provisioning, oversee SoD remediation activities, and ensure audit readiness through comprehensive documentation and periodic access reviews.
