Job Summary
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is seeking part-time Programmer Analysts to support an NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Science-funded project called: “The Biomedical Data Translator.”
These programmers will develop components to be incorporated into the ARAX system, including implementing statistical and machine learning techniques, creating modular Python wrappers, and training graph node embedding models.
The role requires experience with Neo4j, REST APIs, Python, machine learning packages, Git, GitHub, and working with biomedical ontologies/data sets.
