Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field
5+ years of progressive engineering experience
10+ years of relevant experience (if education requirement not met)
Strong technical and problem solving foundation
Proficiency in 6-Sigma (green belt minimum), 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to lead team activities and coach associates
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
