Job Summary

• This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position.
• This temporary position is Remote, with Department of Adult Correction (DAC).
• This position is responsible for conducting the hearing which includes addressing all alleged violations, review of the other state's conditions of supervision as well as the conditions of supervision imposed by North Carolina authorities to determine if there is probable cause to believe that the violations exist, and that the offender should be returned to the state of conviction for a violation hearing.
