As a Head of Talent, you will own Wing's end-to-end recruitment engine, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring 100s of virtual assistants per month while building new channels to expand our talent pipeline.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational management of a 20+ person recruitment team with strategic innovation across online, social media, and in-person recruitment channels.
