Key Requirements

  • 10-15 years Hire to Retire experience
  • Fiduciary HR duties knowledge
  • Manage several legal entities
  • Human Capital Management system knowledge (Workday)
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • MBA (an advantage)
  • JPLT 1 level English and Japanese communication
  • Current Shakai Hoken Roumushi / Certified Social Insurance & Labor Consultant
