Key Requirements

  • 7-10 years' experience in consulting, development, brokerage, or healthcare real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or economics
  • Seven (7+) to ten (10+) plus years commercial real estate transaction experience
  • California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License preferred
  • CCIM, SIOR, or similar professional designation preferred
